2023 Fall Southeast Spanish-speaking Conference

Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord,

We are pleased to announce that a Spanish-speaking conference for the churches in the Southeast will again be held in Jacksonville, Florida. We are praying that through the Lord’s up-to-date speaking the churches will be richly supplied during this time. The conference will begin on Friday, November 10, 2023 and conclude on the Lord’s Day, November 12, 2023, according to the following schedule:


Friday, November 10

7:30 pm — Meeting 1

Saturday, November 11

10:30 am — Meeting 2

12:00 pm — Corporate meal

7:30 pm — Meeting 3

Lord’s Day, November 12

10:00 am — Lord’s Table

10:30 am — Meeting 4

12:00 pm — Dismiss


Meeting Location

All conference meetings will be held at: Ramada Hotel and Conference Center, 3130 Hartley Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32257


Hotels

The Ramada is offering rooms for Friday and Saturday nights, November 10-11, at a rate of $79 per night. This rate includes a hot breakfast. Rooms can be reserved at the following link: Ramada by Wyndham Jacksonville Hotel & Conference Center

Registration

To aid in planning, please register all saints and children. We ask that registration be compiled locally and forwarded to one of the contact brothers listed below not later than Monday, November 6, 2023.


Children’s care

There will be rooms for children during the scheduled meetings. Weather permitting, outside activities may be possible. Care for infants and toddlers will not be provided. Since there will be no separate gatherings for junior high and high school young people, we would ask that they attend the conference meetings and be under adult supervision at all times.
