We would like to announce that this year’s International Thanksgiving Blending Conference will be held in Atlanta, GA, from Thursday, November 28 through Lord’s Day, December 1, 2024.

The meeting schedule is as follows:

1st meeting: Thursday, November 28 7:30 ᴘ.ᴍ.

2nd meeting: Friday, November 29 10:00 ᴀ.ᴍ.

3rd meeting: Friday, November 29 7:30 ᴘ.ᴍ.

4th meeting: Saturday, November 30 10:00 ᴀ.ᴍ.

5th meeting: Saturday, November 30 7:30 ᴘ.ᴍ.

6th meeting: Lord’s Day, December 1 9:30 ᴀ.ᴍ.

All the meetings will be held at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Atrium Ballroom, located at 265 Peachtree Center Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30303 and will be open to the public. There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Some additional languages may also be included. Please see the attached information regarding the details of the conference.

Important: For the saints in Atlanta planning to attend the conference in person at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, please indicate an estimate of the number of saints who will attend from your household at International Thanksgiving Blending Conference Attendance Survey (Church in Atlanta). Please submit only once per household.

Lodging: Atlanta Marriott Marquis There is a special group rate of $119.00 USD per night plus tax for single and double occupancy rooms. Reservations must be made on or before Wednesday, November 10, 2024, in order to get this reduced rate. Check-in is 4:00 ᴘ.ᴍ. or earlier if rooms are available, and check-out is 11:00 ᴀ.ᴍ. on Lord’s Day, December 1, 2024. Late check-out of 2:00 PM may be provided upon request and based on availability.

Additional Hotels: The Atlanta Marriott Marquis is connected to neighboring hotels, including Hilton Atlanta and Hyatt Regency, via pedestrian sky bridges. These sky bridges also connect the hotels to restaurants and Atlanta's MARTA train line to the airport. Saints are encouraged to look into these other options. Currently, the Hilton Atlanta has rooms for as low as $83 per night (non-refundable price).

Parking: Parking at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis is valet only at a discounted rate of $20.00 USD per day with in and out privileges for all conference attendees.

Childcare: Care for children from kindergarten through 6th grade will be provided during the conference meetings at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. All childcare registration submissions will receive an email confirmation with additional instructions. Please register all children no later than November 1, 2024.

The meetings of the conference will be broadcast live on the guest room televisions at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. There will also be a viewing room available for parents to care for their pre-K children during the meetings of the conference.

Children must be signed in at their assigned rooms 15 minutes prior to each meeting. High school and junior high students are expected to attend all conference meetings.
