WHO MAY ATTEND:

Current 5th graders and same gender parent or serving one. Only registered 5th (and 6th graders who did not attend last year) may attend the conference; no other children. No more than one adult per 5th or 6th grader may register.

SERVING ONES:

Background checks are required of all adults once every 3 years. Each serving one and parent must apply individually at ministry opportunities.org Anyone approved in the last 3 years need not reapply.

REGISTRATION FEE:

The cost is $75 for each person registered, both 5th graders and parents or serving ones, which includes hospitality, snacks, and all meals through breakfast on the Lord’s Day. Conference registration is due by April 1, 2025, per locality.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: Saturday, March 29

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

Arrival time and registration will be 6:00 ᴘ.ᴍ. on Friday evening. Please eat dinner before you arrive. The first meeting will begin at 7:00 ᴘ.ᴍ. Friday. The conference will end at 10:30 ᴀ.ᴍ. on the Lord’s Day.

WHAT TO BRING:

Each 5th grader needs to bring a sleeping bag and pillow.

Bring personal toiletries, a towel, clothes for meetings and for recreation, as well as tennis shoes for recreation.

Do not bring: cell phones, tablets, or other electronic devices

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Each locality should send one serving one or parent for every three to four 5th graders who can transport the young people throughout the conference. Please pray for this time.
