Translation

There will be translation into Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese. Some additional languages may also be included. Those who need translation will need to download an app called “ListenWIFI.” You can download the app to either an Android phone or an iPhone. After installing the app, saints will need to be inside the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, Phoenix Grand Ballroom in order to connect with the server. When inside the room, connect to the Wi-fi network “Translation0525” and type in the password “12345678.” Then open the ListenWIFI app and select the desired language. Saints should bring their own headphones or earbuds and may also want to bring an external battery pack if they will need to charge their phone. If they would prefer, those who need translation may also bring their own FM radio, headset, and extra batteries.

Lodging

Sheraton Phoenix Downtown:

There is a special group rate of $129.00 USD per night plus tax for single and double occupancy rooms, a $20.00 USD fee per person, per night will be applied for triple and quadruple occupancy rooms. Reservations must be made on or before April 28, 2025, in order to get this reduced rate. Check-in is 4:00 PM or earlier if rooms are available and check-out is 11:00 AM on May 26, 2025. An early departure fee of $129.00 USD will be charged for early check-out if the hotel was not notified of the change at check-in.

A limited number of hotel rooms at the Living Stream Ministry group rate are set aside at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. Saints are encouraged to make their hotel reservations as early as possible in order to get the discounted rate. We would ask the saints to reserve only those rooms that they intend to use and to cancel their reservations as soon as possible if they are unable to attend the conference. Reserved rooms that are released after the cut-off dates listed below will not be available to the saints at the discounted rate.

Transportation

From Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX):

Sheraton Phoenix Downtown: 3.7 miles NW

Driving Directions: Head east on Sky Harbor Blvd W and continue onto Exit 148. Merge onto I-10 W and take exit 148 for Jefferson St toward Washington St. Use the left lane to take the ramp to I-10 Frontage Rd. Use the left two lanes to turn left onto Washington St and use the right lane to stay on Washington St. Turn right onto N 12th St and then turn left onto E Van Buren St. Turn right onto N 3rd St and the hotel will be located on the left at 340 N 3rd St.

Transportation Services:

• Ride App and Taxi: Ride app and taxi service are available from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. Pickup locations are located in Terminal 3 and Terminal 4. Taxi services accept cash and all major credit cards. There is a $17.00 USD flat rate for taxi services from the airport to downtown Phoenix.

• Rental Cars: The Rental Car Center at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is located at 1805 E. Sky Harbor Circle South. The building can be accessed via the PHX Sky Train, which provides free transportation within the airport. The PHX Sky Train is located in Terminal 3 on level 5 and also in Terminal 4 on level 3. Trains arrive and depart every 3-5 minutes and operate 24 hours a day.

Parking

A discounted overnight and daytime self-parking rate of $16.00 USD per day with in and out privileges is available at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown for all conference attendees. Valet parking is also available at a discounted rate of $22.00 USD per day with in and out privileges for all attendees.

Childcare

Care for children from Kindergarten through 6th grade will be provided during the conference meetings at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. Please register all children attending the conference online at: 2025 International Memorial Day Blending Conference Childcare Registration.

All childcare registration submissions will receive an email confirmation with additional instructions.

• The meetings of the conference will be broadcast live on the guest room televisions at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. There will be a viewing room available for parents to care for their pre-K children during the meetings of the conference.

• Children must be signed in at their assigned rooms 15 minutes prior to each meeting.

• High school and junior high students are expected to attend all conference meetings.
