WHO MAY ATTEND:

College-aged & serving saints

Graduating high school seniors accompanied by a serving one with a background check

REGISTRATION:

Each person will register individually at: sechristianstudents.org.

High school seniors will indicate the serving one who will accompany them. If an accompanying serving one does not have an up-to-date background check filed with SEYPW, they should go to this link to complete the process:  https://www.ministryopportunities.org/opportunity/39910

The registration deadline is February 9, 2024. Those who miss the deadline can put their name on a waiting list and if a spot opens up, we will notify you.

PAYMENT:

$125 per person payable at the time of registration by February 9, 2024.

The refund deadline is February 9. Refunds of $115 include the conference registration fee less the payment processing service fee of $10.00.   

No refunds will be given for cancellations after February 9. 

Please notify registration of cancellations after February 9. Same-gender substitutions will be considered based on the waitlist. 

ARRIVAL:

Registration Friday, 6:00 ᴘ.ᴍ.  

First meeting Friday, 7:00 ᴘ.ᴍ.  

Please eat dinner before arriving at Westminster for registration.

Please plan to arrive no later than 10:00 ᴘ.ᴍ. on Friday night. 

DEPARTURE:

After the last conference meeting on the Lord’s Day at 12:00 noon

WHAT TO BRING:

1. Recovery Version of the Bible with footnotes, and hymnal.

2. Appropriate attire for a sanctified atmosphere.

3. Personal items including towel, toiletries, etc.

4. Sleeping bag or sheets and blanket with a pillow. BEDDING IS NOT PROVIDED.
